The Alarka River Central is a glorified vanilla map that also serves as a showcase for all of the ARC mods. It's set in the late 60s, early 70s, and features a variety of early diesel power, but still sees regular steam activity in certain areas. Whittier and Connelly are particularly busy, serving the Saw Mill, Paper Mill, and pulpwood for Sylva. Bonus points if you convince the Dispatcher to let you take the speeder for a ride!
